This project involved transforming an existing industrial warehouse adjacent to a KIA service centre into a contemporary new car showroom. The redevelopment included a spacious showroom accommodating up to 13 vehicles, along with a reception area, customer lounge, informal sales zones, and private sales offices. The design was carefully integrated with the existing service centre, sharing amenities and creating a seamless customer experience from service to sales.
A key objective was to align the space with KIA’s national showroom vision — creating an environment that is not only functional but also warm, relaxed, and welcoming. One of the main design challenges was blending the industrial heritage of the original warehouse with the sleek, modern aesthetic required to reflect the premium quality and evolving identity of the KIA brand.
